This machine is mainly used for multi-functional shot blasting equipment for small and medium-sized workpieces that cannot be collided or rolled. It can apply strong shot blasting to the surface of the workpiece in the original state to remove the engineering residue and its oxide scale. Obtain a uniform metallic luster surface with a certain smoothness in order to remove stress and improve the surface coating quality and corrosion resistance of the workpiece. In order to ensure the easy passage of the work piece, this machine adopts crawler belt transmission to pass and clean the work piece at one time.

Structural principle and adjustment and use

This machine is a crawler conveyor high-performance shot blasting equipment. During the cleaning process, the speed-adjustable motor drives the conveyor belt to send the workpiece into the ejection area of ​​the cleaning chamber. Because of the impact and friction, the oxide scale and dirt on it quickly fall off, and the surface of the workpiece obtains a smooth surface with a certain roughness. At the same time, the workpiece is subjected to intensive and strong impact to eliminate the stress of the workpiece and avoid the deformation of the workpiece.

During the cleaning process, the sprinkled pellet dust mixture is collected in the lower shell of the elevator through the chamber feeding screw conveyor, and then reaches the separator through the elevator and conveyor. The pellet dust waterfall is generated through the separator, and the dust is removed by the wind. The separated clean projectiles fall into the separator hopper and are thrown out by the shot blasting device through the projectile conveying system.

The air dust from the separator and cleaning room is driven by the fan, and passes through the air duct system. The pulse filter cartridge dust collector removes dust with an efficiency of 99%. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the particulate dust is captured and collected.

This equipment consists of the following parts: main and auxiliary cleaning rooms, cleaning devices, shot blasting devices, conveying systems, blasting pipes, elevators, separators, blasting systems, dust removal systems, electrical control systems, etc.
