1. Operation process before using sandblasting machine equipment

Connect to the air source and power supply of the sandblasting machine, and turn on the power switch on the electrical box. Adjust the pressure of the compressed air entering the spray gun through the pressure reducing valve to be between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa as needed. Choose the applicable abrasive to inject the sand into the chamber and add it slowly to avoid clogging.

2. Operation process during the use of sandblasting equipment

When you stop using the sandblaster, you must cut off the power and air source of the sandblaster. Check whether there is any abnormality in each machine, and check whether the connection of each pipeline is firm. Do not drop anything other than the specified abrasives into the working cabin, so as not to affect the circulation of abrasives. The surface of the workpiece must be dry.

Note: It is strictly forbidden to start compressed air when the spray gun is not fixed or hand held!

3. Operation process after using the sandblasting machine equipment

When you want to stop processing urgently, press the emergency stop button switch and the sandblasting machine will stop working. Cut off the power and air supply to the machine. When you want to take over and stop, first clean the workpiece, turn off the switches of each spray gun; clean the work surface, the inner wall of the sandblasting cabin and the abrasive attached to the mesh plate, and make it flow back to the separator. Turn off the dust removal unit. Turn off the power switch on the electrical box. Finally, talk about how to replace the abrasive of the sandblasting machine to thoroughly clean the work surface, the inner wall of the sandblasting gun and the abrasive attached to the mesh plate, and make it flow back to the separator. Open the leather stopper at the bottom of the sand control valve and collect the abrasive in a container. Add new abrasives to the engine room as needed, but start the fan first.
