Under the action, the steel grit gains kinetic energy and forms a high-speed steel grit flow, which is sprayed on the surface of the pipe through the sandblasting pipe, thereby removing the dirt and rust on the surface of the pipe.

The walking frame of the automatic pipeline derusting and sandblasting machine is composed of a lifting frame, an outer frame mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a swinging mechanism. Among them, the outer frame mechanism plays a role of overall positioning and support, and the two outer frame mechanisms are connected by a rotating mechanism. The rotating mechanism is installed in the guide wheel groove of the outer frame mechanism, and the rotating mechanism can be rotated 240° around the central axis of the pipeline through the action of the driving motor on it, so as to realize the rust removal function of the automatic derusting sandblasting machine on the pipe surface . The swing mechanism is fixed on the guide rail of the rotating mechanism, and a sandblasting gun is installed on it. Driven by the swing motor, it can move axially along the guide rail to realize the sandblasting and rust removal function of the device.

The control system of the automatic pipeline derusting and sandblasting machine uses a programmable controller as the control core to drive the walking motor, the swing motor and the sandblasting machine to realize the coordinated work of the sandblasting machine and the walking mechanism. The control system has the functions of adjusting the hoop travel speed, the axial travel speed, the axial amplitude and the step amplitude. The parameters can be adjusted according to the requirements of different operations to obtain a satisfactory derusting effect. The working mode of the automatic pipeline derusting and sandblasting machine is divided into automatic mode and manual mode. In automatic mode, no manual intervention is required, and all work can be completed by one-key operation; in manual mode, manual intervention can be carried out on circular walking.
