One is the unstable air pressure of the air compressor. When multiple spray guns of the automatic sandblasting machine work at the same time, the air compressor needs to supply compressed air power to the multiple spray guns at the same time, which will easily cause air pressure instability. The main performance is: when the air pressure is high, the automatic sandblasting machine will absorb more abrasives, so more abrasives will be naturally ejected; vice versa.

The second is that the distance between the spray gun and the surface of the workpiece is too far. When the automatic sandblasting machine performs sandblasting, the closer the workpiece is to the spray gun, the greater the impact it will receive, which will cause the abrasive to be relatively concentrated on the surface area of ​​the workpiece, and the sandblasting density is relatively dense; When the spray gun of the sandblasting machine is far away from the workpiece, the sandblasting area will become larger and the density will be thinner, which will cause uneven surface density of the workpiece.

The third is that the walking speed of the spray gun is unstable. The walking speed of the spray gun of the automatic sandblasting machine will affect the density of the workpiece surface. Since the number of sandblasting per unit time is fixed, when the spray gun travels at a slower speed, the surface of the workpiece exhibits a denser density, but the covered area will also be small; when the spray gun travels faster, it appears The effect is the opposite.
